By accessing or using Kejasafe, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

If you use Kejasafe on behalf of a company, agency, landlord, property manager, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a compromised account.

We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts where information is false, security is compromised, or platform rules are violated.

Landlords, agents, and property managers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, pricing, images, ownership claims, and descriptions of submitted listings.

Submitting a listing does not guarantee publication. Kejasafe may review, reject, remove, edit display formatting, or request more information before a listing becomes visible.

You must have the necessary rights to upload images, documents, and listing content. You grant Kejasafe permission to host, display, process, resize, and promote submitted content for platform purposes.

Tenants should independently verify property details, pricing, availability, ownership, and payment instructions before making commitments.

Users must communicate respectfully and must not use inquiry, viewing, or messaging features for spam, harassment, fraud, phishing, or unrelated marketing.

Kejasafe may monitor, moderate, retain, or restrict communications where needed for safety, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

If Kejasafe introduces paid plans, listing products, commissions, verification services, or payment processing, the applicable price, billing terms, taxes, and cancellation rules will be disclosed before purchase.

Some services may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, email, storage, analytics, payment, identity, or mapping tools. Their own terms may also apply.

Unless expressly stated, Kejasafe is not a party to rental, sale, lease, agency, or property-management agreements between users.

We aim to keep Kejasafe reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent access to any specific feature.

We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue parts of the service, including dashboards, listing workflows, search behavior, provider integrations, or admin tools.

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes deceptive listings, impersonation, unauthorized scraping, abuse of inquiry flows, malware, harassment, discrimination, and attempts to bypass security controls.

We may investigate suspected violations and preserve evidence, including audit logs, account activity, and content submitted through the platform.

Kejasafe, its logos, interface designs, code, content structure, and platform materials are owned by Kejasafe or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the license needed for Kejasafe to host, process, display, moderate, and operate that content through the service.

Kejasafe provides information and workflow tools for property discovery and operations. We do not guarantee that every listing, owner, tenant, document, price, or communication is accurate or risk-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kejasafe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, reject listings, or terminate access where we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

You may stop using Kejasafe at any time. Certain records may be retained after termination where required for legal, security, audit, or dispute-resolution reasons.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Continued use of Kejasafe after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
