Rules for safe, lawful, and trustworthy use of Kejasafe public pages, dashboards, communications, APIs, and admin tools. Last updated: June 15, 2026.
Kejasafe must be used for lawful property discovery, listing management, tenant communication, landlord operations, and platform administration.
Users must act honestly, respect others, submit accurate information, and avoid behavior that harms trust, safety, privacy, availability, or the integrity of the platform.
You may not submit fake listings, duplicate deceptive listings, unavailable homes, false prices, misleading photos, incorrect locations, copied content without rights, or fabricated ownership claims.
You may not request off-platform payments in a deceptive way, hide material fees, misrepresent lease or sale terms, or use listing content to facilitate scams.
You may not upload malicious files, documents that you do not have permission to share, or content that violates another person rights.
You may not impersonate another person or organization, create accounts with false identity details, transfer accounts without permission, or use another user account without authorization.
You may not attempt to bypass authentication, role permissions, session controls, CSRF protections, rate limits, moderation checks, or backend access rules.
You may not use inquiries, viewing requests, reports, forms, or support channels to send spam, phishing, malware, harassment, threats, discriminatory content, or unrelated marketing.
You may not pressure users into unsafe payments, request sensitive information unnecessarily, or use communications to facilitate fraud.
You may not scrape protected data, overload the service, probe for vulnerabilities, reverse engineer private APIs, interfere with platform operations, or introduce malicious code.
You may not automate activity in a way that harms reliability, bypasses intended product flows, or collects user or listing data without authorization.
You may not use Kejasafe to promote illegal activity, discrimination, exploitation, violence, hate, harassment, or other harmful conduct.
You may not post content that violates applicable housing, consumer-protection, privacy, intellectual-property, anti-fraud, or anti-discrimination laws.
Users should report suspicious listings, abusive messages, unauthorized account activity, or policy violations through available reporting or support channels.
You agree to cooperate reasonably with safety, verification, and moderation requests where necessary to resolve a listing, account, or communication issue.
Violations may result in content removal, listing rejection, reduced visibility, account restrictions, suspension, termination, support escalation, or preservation of audit records.
Serious violations may be reported to payment providers, hosting providers, law enforcement, regulators, or affected users where appropriate and legally permitted.
We may consider context, severity, repeat behavior, user history, risk to others, and available evidence when deciding enforcement actions.
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as platform risks, legal obligations, or product features change. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
