Property Submission Guidelines (KejaSafe)
Thank you for choosing KejaSafe to list your property.
To ensure quality, safety, and trust for tenants and buyers, all submitted properties must follow the guidelines below.
1. Ownership & Authority
- You must be the property owner or have legal authority to list the property.
- Fake, misleading, or copied listings are strictly prohibited.
2. Accurate Information
- Property title and description must be clear and truthful.
- Prices must be final or clearly explained (rent per month, sale price, etc.).
- Location details must be accurate (estate, area, town).
3. Images & Media
- Upload clear, real photos of the actual property.
- Do not upload images from the internet or other listings.
- Poor-quality or misleading images may cause rejection.
4. Approval Process
- All submissions are reviewed by the KejaSafe team.
- Approval usually takes 24–48 hours.
- Properties will only appear publicly after approval.
5. Contact & Communication
- Ensure your phone number and email are correct.
- KejaSafe may contact you to verify details before approval.
6. Rejection Policy
A property may be rejected if:
- Information is false or incomplete
- Images are misleading
- The price is unrealistic or suspicious
- The property violates KejaSafe policies
7. Responsibility
By submitting a property, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you accept responsibility for the listing.
KejaSafe reserves the right to approve, edit, or reject any property submission.
